Directions: From downtown Wilkes-Barre, take Market Street Bridge across to Kingston. About fifty yards beyond the third traffic light, turn left onto South Thomas Avenue and then right onto Northampton Street. The complex entryway is on the left.

From Kingston, go south on Wyoming Avenue to the traffic light at Northampton Street. (Gateway Shopping Center is on the far left corner.) Turn left on Northampton for about an eighth of a mile. The complex entryway is on the right.
